For lighting, KNX is suitable when the project requires stable wired control, multiple lighting zones, scene control, dimming, touch panels, sensors, or integration with DALI lighting systems.

KNX is usually more suitable for landed houses, larger residential projects, and premium projects where the control system should be planned from the beginning.
